In the blink of an eye, the fifteenth day of the first lunar month is almost here.
The crackling sound of firecrackers,
the dazzling splendor and romance of fireworks in bloom,
all feel as if they happened just yesterday.

This year’s Lantern Festival falls on a weekend,
giving everyone plenty of time
to savor a bowl of warm, sweet rice dumplings,
enjoy lantern displays and riddles with family,
watch the lively Lantern Festival gala,
and cherish every moment spent with loved ones.
P.S. This year’s “smallest full moon” will appear
at 8:30 p.m. on Lantern Festival night.
Remember to look up and gaze at the evening sky.
