Indication error

In the range of 0.1 ℃ to 30 ℃, the maximum allowable error of water meter is ± 2% in the high zone (Q2 ≤ Q ≤ Q4), and ± 5% in the low zone (Q1 ≤ Q < Q2).

Installation instructions

1. The installation position of the water meter shall be at the low point of the pipeline.

2. The flow direction of the water meter shall be consistent with that of the pipeline.

3. Before installing the water meter, the pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned to avoid the debris damaging the water meter.

4. The upstream position of the water meter needs to be installed with valves to facilitate the installation and removal of the water meter.

5. Make sure there is enough space for the installation position of the water meter. Use standard tools to tighten the water meter.

6. After the water meter is installed, drain water slowly to fill the pipe to prevent the water meter from being damaged by surge. Rapid drainage will produce water hammer or air hammer and damage the movement.

7. The water meter shall not work for a long time at a flow rate exceeding Q3.

8. The maximum temperature of cold water is 50 ℃.

9. Protect the water meter from water pressure.
