On the afternoon of November 19, Kong Dejun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shangcheng District Committee, Deputy District Mayor of Hangzhou, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qiantang Smart City, led a delegation to Hangzhou Water Meter Co., Ltd. for an on-site survey and service coordination.
