Good News | Hangzhou Water Meter's Wholly-owned Subsidiary Awarded 2024 Zhejiang Province "Specialized, Refined, Unique, Innovative" SME Title
Recently, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology announced the first 2024 batch list of Zhejiang Province "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" SMEs, as organized and certified by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. Hangzhou Water Meter's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Jingxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., was included in this list and honored with the 2024 Zhejiang Province "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" SME title.
To thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, and the provincial party committee and government regarding cultivating "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" enterprises, and in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and the "Notice of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Rules for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-Quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Zhejiang Province", the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology organized the certification work for the first 2024 batch of Zhejiang Province "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative" SMEs and has completed the relevant review. Entrusted by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the list of enterprises in our city that have passed the review is now publicly announced (see attachment).

The company boasts a high-level team of digital talents in the fields of smart water software R&D and big data application. Focusing on the integrated development of "Big Data + IoT + Products + Cloud Services," its leading product, the Jingxin Smart Water Big Data Application Platform, includes over ten application software systems such as Water Revenue System, Intelligent Meter Reading System, and DMA District Metering System. It has provided various software support and R&D services to numerous water utilities.
