For a long time, the traditional water meter verification method relies on manual work such as clamping, scanning codes, verifying, calculating and recording, unloading meters, pouring water, recording the performance indicators of unqualified water meters, etc. It is repetitive, mechanical, inefficient, and difficult to scale up production. During the verification process, inconsistent human operations can also affect the accuracy and process completion of the calibration, affecting the performance of the water meter itself and causing many disturbances to the control of the water meter's pass rate.
To address this industry difficulty, our technical team has spent several years continuously tackling it and independently developed the first set of unattended chain plate transmission type pressure and verification pipeline in China, including frequency conversion speed regulating device, fixed code reading device, positioning and counting device before water meter verification, sorting device after water meter verification, and rejecting device for unqualified water meters. It is connected to the fully automatic parallel water meter pressure verification and calibration system and fully automatic serial water meter flow verification and calibration system through the central control system.
In the withstand voltage verification process, it includes processes such as automatic withstand voltage, automatic sorting, and automatic removal. In the flow verification process, it includes automated steps such as meter clamping, leak detection, exhaust, demagnetization, piston return, and pressure relief.
After the pressure and flow tests are completed, the accumulated water inside the watch case is further drained through the water pouring line, and then qualified and unqualified products are automatically sorted and removed.
In short, it is to complete the fully automatic and integrated verification of various performance indicators of the water meter and record the information of various performance indicators on a single assembly line. This device has reshaped the meter verification process, pressing the "intelligent acceleration button" for water meter verification, fully demonstrating our company's "intelligent" manufacturing strength.

In the process of automatic assembly and calibration of water meters, it is necessary to ensure that each group of water meters can be accurately positioned, and the inlet and outlet of each water meter can be flexibly docked with the cylinder clamp of the calibration device to protect the fixture tray from any compression stress. This assembly line has replaceable tooling trays that can smoothly place water meters, enabling intelligent assembly and calibration of different types of water meters.
