On July 4th, leaders such as Chen Yuanming, Chairman of the Shanghai Water Supply Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Water Association"), Qian Songyu, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Chen Shizhong, Vice Chairman, Wan Wenjun, Vice Chairman, and Xu Zhenjiang, as well as leaders from multiple water supply enterprises in Shanghai, visited Hangzhou for inspection and guidance, to gain a deeper understanding of the development of member units. The Shanghai Water Supply Industry Association was established in June 1986 and is managed by the Shanghai Water Bureau. Currently, it has 195 member units, covering municipal and district water supply enterprises, water supply design and construction enterprises, township water plants, and water related product production units. Since its establishment, the association has adhered to the principles of "service, self-discipline, representation, and coordination", adhered to the policy of "serving member units, industries, governments, and society", played the role of a bridge and link between the government and enterprises, served as a good advisor and assistant to the government, and made efforts to serve member units.
During the research symposium, Chairman Liu Jian reported to the leaders of the association on the development process, core products, strategic policies, and other contents of Hangzhou water meters. President Chen Yuanming fully affirmed our company's high-end, intelligent, green, and personalized development path. He stated that water meter measurement is related to people's livelihoods, therefore, water meter products need to consider actual water usage scenarios and needs more and better from the perspective of the people. He emphasized that water meter enterprises should prioritize consolidating the measurement foundation, strictly control product quality, and make more efforts in terms of material and performance of the movement, continuously improving measurement accuracy and long-term stability. At the same time, Shanghai Water Association will actively provide refined and professional services to member units, establish a face-to-face communication platform between product member units and water supply enterprises, and achieve information exchange, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation. Based on quality, pursue a path of stability.
After the meeting, the leaders of the Water Association, accompanied by our company's leaders, visited and inspected the "Hangzhou Water Impression" exhibition hall and research and development production base.
For the association, all member units must unite and work together to promote the development and growth of the industry; For members, individual enterprises must cultivate internal skills and focus on consolidating the foundation of measurement work in order to make product quality withstand market tests and grasp the right direction for development. As a member unit of the Shanghai Water Association, Hangzhou Water Meter will actively fulfill its responsibilities, safeguard the rights and interests of the industry, adhere to the guidance of new development concepts, innovate thinking and practice, and walk out of the path of differentiated development, laying the foundation for the high-quality development of the water supply industry, and helping the water company create more economic and social benefits.
