Wang Xiaodong, Secretary General of China Metrology Association, attended the meeting and made an important speech through video connection.Secretary General Wang fully affirmed that the company had completed the work in the early stage, at the same time, he carried out the overall deployment and careful guidance for the next step of the implementation plan.
NQI（National Quality Infrastructure）It is the abbreviation of national quality infrastructure,It includes four elements: measurement, standard, certification and testing.Among them, measurement is the benchmark and the basis of quality control;Standards are the basis to lead the quality improvement;Certification and inspection are the means to control quality and establish quality trust.In recent years, China has carried out a number of key projects of nqi generic technology research and application in some key areas.
In the water meter industry, the research of NQI technology system can make the water meter measurement, water meter standard and water meter conformity assessment correctly predict each other's behavior in the process of water meter quality formation, so as to provide a way to solve the coordination problem, and at the same time, it can provide a cooperative basis for the formation of water meter quality and promote the cooperation.
As the main undertaking unit of the project, China Metrology Association, through layer upon layer screening, designated our company as the first pilot enterprise to carry out NQI work in the domestic water meter industry, and jointly participated in the research of "multi factor application of NQI in water meter industry".
Combined with the four elements of NQI, focusing on how to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprises, the company firmly grasped the key product of intelligent water meter, and analyzed the seven key links and sensitive elements of "R & D and design, procurement, production, packaging, storage and transportation, market access, installation, recycling" one by one. Through repeated exploration and improvement, the company established the "measurement, technical standardsThe overall collaborative mechanism of "certification and accreditation, inspection and testing" has gradually improved and implemented NQI quality improvement scheme, thus effectively improving the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.
The implementation and research of NQI work of the company provide strong data support and model template for the development and application of NQI in water meter industry. After the completion of the project, it is expected to be promoted in the whole industry. Hangzhou water meter will continue to promote the implementation of NQI and contribute more to the improvement of the overall level of water meter industry.
